Is it possible to register another participant with the same e-mail address?

Yes, it is possible to register other participants.

Until when is the registration open?

Registration will close on the 28th of March 2025.

Which time zone should I enter for arrival and departure during registration?

Please enter the dates in Central European time zone.

Is it possible to request a translation for presentations in Hungarian?

Yes, our interpreters will continuously translate our Hungarian language presentations on site, which participants can listen to in English using headphones. If you wish to listen to our English-language presentations in Hungarian, headphones are also available.               

Will the conference materials and presentations be available?

Yes, the conference materials and presentations will be available. 

How can I reach the venue of the conference?

The venue of the conference and the accommodation is the Crowne Plaza Budapest next to the Nyugati Railway Station (Budapest, Váci út 1-3, 1062), which is most easily accessible by public transport using metro line 3.

Will luggage storage be available at the conference venue?

There will be luggage storage facilities. Please request this from the hostess staff at the venue.  

Do I need to complete a guest or speaker registration if I am participating as a panellist in a panel discussion?

Panelists invited to participate in the panel discussion should fill in the registration form for speakers. 

What should I do if I do not receive a confirmation of my registration?

If you have successfully submitted your registration, the system will check and then approve your registration, which will be sent to you by confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation by the day of the conference, please contact us at competitivenessop.conf@nfk.gov.hu. 

How can I modify or delete the registration I have already submitted?

To cancel or modify your registration, please contact us at competitivenessop.conf@nfk.gov.hu.
